I need to ask you experts a question about Mirror Imaging. A customer wants 2 flat plates milled with wiggly grooves in them. One right-handed, one left-handed, so they will bolt together and form a channel between them. I have already written the program for the 'Right' side. So I am machining a part that is symmetrical about the X/Y plane. (So respectively Top and Bottom). Can I simply toggle the mirror image Y switch on the control (Yasnac J300/I-80), and run the exact same code we used for the topside of the part?
